For the pickle and salami hounds out there.
10 cornichon pickles
10 thin-sliced genoa salami slices (preferably nitrate-free)
On work surface, fold each piece of salami into half circle. Place one pickle near either tip of the half circle and roll it up. Fasten with a toothpick or simply place seam side down on a plate. Serve.
